The permanent monitoring of the trajectory of the graduates is part of the follow-up of social insertion and impact, also constituting an important axis for the Program's self-assessment process and strategic planning. Paying attention to the requirements of the quadrennial evaluation, PPGLI's 242 graduates are distributed in the following groups:

1- Group I - period 2006-2010, with 42 egresses. Group II - period 2011-2015, with 87 egresses. Group III - period 2016-2020, with 113 egresses.

From the questionnaire applied among the graduates, through electronic forms and other information obtained directly from the curriculum lattes, it was possible to have a comprehensive and updated view of the destination and performance of each of the former students of the Programme.

So, panoramically, we have the following situation:

  • 47.1% work as Basic, Technical and Technological Education teachers.
  • 28.1% work as a teacher in Higher Education.
  • 4.5% have no professional ties.
  • 11.6% have other occupations.
  • 8.7% work as a Technician in Educational Matters in a Higher Education Institution.
  • 32.6% work at the Federal University of Acre.
  • 25.2% work for the State Secretariat for Education, Culture and Sports in Acre.
  • 18.6% do not work in educational institutions.
  • 11.6% work at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Acre.
  • 6.2% work at the Application College - Ufac.
  • 2.5% work in the private Higher Education network.
  • 2.1% work in other public higher education institutions.
  • 1.2% work in the Municipal Secretariat of Education of Rio Branco - Acre.
  • 22.3% are PhD students.
  • 15.3% are PhDs.

As part of internal procedures, graduates are invited and encouraged to participate in activities and integrate research project teams of the Program. Currently, four Master's class graduates, Francielle Maria Modesto Mendes, Queila Barbosa Lopes, Francisco Aquinei Timoteo Queirós and Helio Rodrigues da Rocha, make up the permanent teaching staff and, added to dozens of others who work as teachers in different teaching and research institutions, indicate the quality of the academic training and the nucleation capacity of PPGLI.
