Ele inclui diretrizes, crit\u00e9rios, indicadores e requisitos para o per\u00edodo de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, abordando aspectos como a estrutura do programa, o corpo docente, a pesquisa, a produ\u00e7\u00e3o intelectual, a internacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e o impacto social. Dessa forma, o documento funciona como um roteiro para que os programas se adequem \u00e0s expectativas da CAPES e consigam uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o satisfat\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O Documento de \u00c1rea de Lingu\u00edstica e Literatura (2025\u20132028) foi elaborado sob a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00c1rea composta, atualmente, pelo Prof. Dr. Jos\u00e9 Sueli de Magalh\u00e3es, Coordenador da \u00c1rea de Lingu\u00edstica e Literatura, Profa. Dra. Solange Fiuza Cardoso Yokozawa, Coordenadora Adjunta de Programas Acad\u00eamicos e Profa. Dra. Luiza Helena Oliveira da Silva, Coordenadora Adjunta de Programas Profissionais. O documento define as diretrizes para avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e fortalecimento dos programas de p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o stricto sensu vinculados \u00e0 \u00c1rea 41, refor\u00e7ando o compromisso com a redu\u00e7\u00e3o das desigualdades regionais, a internacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e a inclus\u00e3o social no campo dos estudos lingu\u00edsticos e liter\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acordo com o texto, a \u00c1rea 41 alcan\u00e7ou expans\u00e3o significativa nos \u00faltimos anos, passando de 66 programas em 2000 para 157 em 2024. Atualmente, apenas o estado do Amap\u00e1 n\u00e3o possui curso de doutorado na \u00e1rea. O documento destaca ainda a melhoria qualitativa dos programas: na \u00faltima avalia\u00e7\u00e3o quadrienal, houve redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 35 para 18 os programas com conceito 3, e aumento de 29 para 47 os programas com conceito 5. A \u00c1rea possui, atualmente, 31 programas de excel\u00eancia, dos quais 23 s\u00e3o nota 6, e 8, nota 7. Esses programas encontram-se concentrados nas regi\u00f5es Sudeste e Sul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Listamos abaixo algumas orienta\u00e7\u00f5es contidas no Documento da \u00c1rea de Lingu\u00edstica e Literatura para a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o dos programas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IMPACTO SOCIAL<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segundo o documento, o impacto social da p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 definido como a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de externalidades positivas para a sociedade, com \u00eanfase em tr\u00eas eixos: (i) impactos do programa para a sociedade; (ii) inova\u00e7\u00e3o, transfer\u00eancia e compartilhamento de conhecimento; (iii) inser\u00e7\u00e3o, visibilidade e populariza\u00e7\u00e3o da ci\u00eancia. Entre as a\u00e7\u00f5es consideradas est\u00e3o a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com escolas da educa\u00e7\u00e3o b\u00e1sica, a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de professores, a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de materiais did\u00e1ticos, a participa\u00e7\u00e3o em comiss\u00f5es de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas educacionais, a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos de extens\u00e3o e divulga\u00e7\u00e3o cient\u00edfica, a contribui\u00e7\u00e3o com a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o do patrim\u00f4nio lingu\u00edstico, liter\u00e1rio e cultural, e o desenvolvimento de tecnologias sociais, softwares, aplicativos e plataformas que promovam a inclus\u00e3o e a diversidade cultural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EGRESS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O documento tamb\u00e9m traz orienta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de egressos, que deve estar alinhada \u00e0s demandas sociais contempor\u00e2neas, incluindo o uso \u00e9tico da intelig\u00eancia artificial e o compromisso com a educa\u00e7\u00e3o b\u00e1sica. A produ\u00e7\u00e3o intelectual \u00e9 avaliada com base em crit\u00e9rios de qualidade, inova\u00e7\u00e3o e impacto social, com destaque para produtos bibliogr\u00e1ficos e t\u00e9cnicos que dialoguem com a comunidade e promovam a inclus\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">INTERDISCIPLINARIDADE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outro ponto central \u00e9 a interdisciplinaridade, considerada intr\u00ednseca \u00e0 \u00e1rea, que abrange estudos lingu\u00edsticos, liter\u00e1rios, de tradu\u00e7\u00e3o, culturais e aplicados. H\u00e1 incentivo \u00e0 cria\u00e7\u00e3o de redes de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o entre programas, especialmente para fortalecer institui\u00e7\u00f5es em regi\u00f5es menos favorecidas, por meio de projetos de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o interinstitucional (PCI) e pol\u00edticas afirmativas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AUTOAVALIA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O documento refor\u00e7a ainda a import\u00e2ncia da autoavalia\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua dos programas como instrumento de melhoria qualitativa, exigindo a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de docentes, discentes, t\u00e9cnicos, egressos e sociedade civil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EQUIDADE, REDU\u00c7\u00c3O DE ASSIMETRIAS E DIVERSIDADE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A \u00c1rea reconhece que a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o dos programas por regi\u00e3o j\u00e1 reduziu as antigas assimetrias geogr\u00e1ficas, mas alerta que ainda persistem desigualdades qualitativas. Para enfrent\u00e1-las, estabelece crit\u00e9rios diferenciados: permite que cursos em \u00e1reas ainda desassistidas funcionem com 8 docentes (mestrado) ou 10 (doutorado), desde que apresentem justificativa robusta e metas claras de desenvolvimento local. Incentiva a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de novos cursos onde h\u00e1 demanda reprimida, desencoraja duplica\u00e7\u00e3o de propostas j\u00e1 existentes na mesma regi\u00e3o e estimula a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o entre programas consolidados e em consolida\u00e7\u00e3o por meio de interc\u00e2mbio de estudantes e docentes, Projetos de Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o Interinstitucional (PCI) e pontua\u00e7\u00e3o diferenciada para a\u00e7\u00f5es que beneficiem comunidades locais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por fim, o documento destaca que os programas da \u00c1rea devem alinhar-se aos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustent\u00e1vel (ODS) da Agenda 2030, especialmente nas \u00e1reas de educa\u00e7\u00e3o de qualidade, redu\u00e7\u00e3o das desigualdades e valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da Realizou p\u00f3s-doutorado em sociossemi\u00f3tica no CEVIPOF-CNRS (2013\/2014) com bolsa CAPES. \u00c9 professora associada na Universidade Federal do Norte do Tocantins, atuando em cursos de Licenciatura em Letras, ProfLetras e no PPGLLIT.
